Important Information
Student guidelines
| 1. |
Students are to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time so classes can start promptly. They should be accompanied by a parent into the premises unless special arrangements have been made. |

Students should have had afternoon tea before commencing an afternoon session. |
| 3. |
Students are encouraged to bring water bottles into classes. |
| 4. |
Students and staff are expected to behave in a courteous and considerate manner at all times. |
| 5. |
Students are to remain on the premises until collected by the designated person. |
| 6. |
Where possible, students/parents should notify the academy of absences well in advance of the scheduled tuition. This may allow the organisation of a ‘make-up’ session. |
Discounts
Family
Families will be eligible for a family discount when more than one family member attends sessions at the International Academy of Education during the same term.
This will work in the following way:
Student 1: Full fees
Student 2: Discount of 10% on course fees
Student 3: Discount of 20% on course fees
Friends
If friends or colleagues enrol together for a course, a discount of 10% will apply to course fees for each student.
Scheduling
An attempt will be made to accommodate as many requests as possible. Staff will be organised when enrolments are finalised. Families will be notified as soon as scheduling is complete.
